Can I cancel my order or receive a refund after purchase?
Because each star is assigned and registered within minutes of your order, we’re unable to offer refunds once the process has begun. Your star becomes a permanent part of our registry, created uniquely for you.
However, we will always do everything in our power to support you. If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, we’re happy to resend it. If you need a digital copy urgently, we can provide one at no extra cost.
